An Arkansas creekside in the summer. If you are a local southerner who is in a landlocked state then you know how often you find yourself at the creek. That is why I love when a family asks for the creek as their location for their summer family photos.

Imagine with me! You have your family dressed, your kiddo asks where you are going, and you get to say, “We are going to take photos at the creek!” They get so excited because that means they get to play, be with mom and dad, spend time together, giggle, and the best part? You get to have these memories captured in photos that last a lifetime.
